  • › GTA VI, Grand Theft Auto, Vice City, and related names and trademarks are the property of Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive.

3. Intellectual Property

  • › Wallpapers featuring GTA VI related imagery are fan-created works intended for personal use only. We do not claim ownership of Rockstar Games' intellectual property.
  • › Fan-submitted artwork remains the property of the submitting creator. By submitting content, you grant Vice Wallpapers a non-exclusive license to display and distribute the content within the application.
  • › You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this app without explicit written permission.

4. Permitted Use

  • › You may use wallpapers downloaded from Vice Wallpapers for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • › You may set wallpapers as your device background for personal enjoyment.
  • › You may not sell, license, or commercially distribute wallpapers obtained from this app.
  • › You may not claim ownership of wallpapers created by other users or derived from Rockstar Games' intellectual property.

5. User Submissions

  • › By submitting fan art, you confirm that you created the content and have the right to grant us the license described in Section 3.
  • › You must not submit content that infringes third-party copyrights beyond the scope of fan art.

6. Disclaimers

  • › We are not responsible for any damage to your device resulting from using the application.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • › To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vice Wallpapers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.
  • › Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (which, given the app is free, would be zero).
